If you are not satisfied with Chatsa Pro within 30 days of your first payment, we will refund you in full — no questions asked.

Refunds After 30 Days

Requests after 30 days are handled on a case-by-case basis. We consider factors such as technical issues on our end, billing errors, or exceptional circumstances.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing. You retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period. Partial refunds for unused time are not provided outside the 30-day guarantee window.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscribers receive a 20% discount. Full refunds are available within 30 days of the annual payment. Requests after 30 days for annual plans will not be accepted except in exceptional circumstances.

Non-Refundable Items

International Payments (Paddle)

For payments via Paddle, our 30-day money-back guarantee applies equally. Refund requests may also be submitted directly to Paddle's buyer support.

Payment Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We aim to resolve all billing issues quickly and fairly. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in account suspension.
